Very dissatisfied with quality of food & service. Ordered Hit man breakfast with soft eggs & chai latte. Simple enough. No water was offered so not off to great start. Air conditioning in Qld is a must but I didn't know they'd turn on the freezer, common mistake by using European setting but probably not their fault as it's in Carindale shopping centre. Breakfast arrived with eggs cooked to rubber, ok expected, but they served up crispy bacon. Here I'm thinking thing looking up but the bacon was heavily salted so inedible. No happy. The good news was the chai latte was served promptly and tasted excellent. Sorry guys 1/3 not good.
A nice enough place to have brunch and meet a friend but I was SO DISAPPOINTED - We asked for water twice and got told to walk to the back where the tap is and fill our own glass or bottle. Are they kidding we just spent $55 - go and get me a water. I had a bad back and my friend felt unwell. Not that they knew, but honestly get your paying customers a water! Also I wanted turkish bread and was told I cannot have that unless I order a certain dish. Lame.
Ridiculous wait. Ordered tea and scone. Ate scone before tea arrived.Tea arrived and it was just hot water so I do not understand why it took so long when the cafe was not full. Then had to wait while I brewed my own tea. On a good note the scone was nice but when you order the scone with tea item you expect to have it together.Get your act together, it's not that hard to pour hot water especially when it is a tea bag on the side and not leaf tea.
Arrived at Westfield Carindale one morning before the shops opened. Decided to have an impromptu breakfast and coffee. Ordered pancakes with bacon and maple syrup with a side of halloumi and a hash brown. Ah-maze-ing!!! Huge serving and seriously delish. Fast service and myMocha was great too. Would definitely return. Glad I popped in early. It really gave a great start to my day. Thanks guys.

Nice feel abour this voffee clu on 1st floor outside David Jones.. elegantly appointed with nice decor.. loads of room around tables & chairs.. carpet beneath. V good service .. good coffee. Usual coffee club cakes... more small savoury treats woukd be well received. Good service. Thanks.
My daughter and I stopped here for coffee and cake on Saturday afternoon while the coffee and cake were really good the staff were fairly unfriendly ,The cakes came out fairly quickly but probably waited another 20 mins for coffee (no it was not busy only about 3 or 4 customers
The staff were very friendly and efficient, making you feel relaxed and welcome. The service was prompt and the coffee, milk shakes and ice coffee's delicious. The cakes were good quality and presented beautifully. They tasted even better.
Love the coffee here and the iced coffees, mochas and milkshakes. Love the fact there are 2 areas to order from too, a designated takeaway area and the main area. The girls are super fast and I've never a bad cup yet.

The coffee here was very good the service was also good. The environment was very nice and welcoming. They also have a separate express counter for coffee orders to limit waiting
Very busy ship with resultingly frazzled staff but generally nice. Guy behind the till does not have a manner suitable for dealing with the public. Nice coffee
