Made a visit to this store for the first time today and I wish I never. They were quick to serve us, but then we realised what was happening. Serve everyone quickly and then make loads of people wait…the orders were piling up, people were grabbing anyones orders, as there were no names taken. Clearly couldn’t handle the amount of people coming in. We ordered a coffee, milkshake and a toastie and waited over 20 mins, just standing there in a tiny space (no social distancing at all… . I got my coffee after 10 mins and the milkshake took another 5 mins. Then we were asked what toastie we were waiting for after handing what was ours to someone else who grabbed it. We then waited another 10 mins...
I have been visiting this store a few times a week for the last 4 years, the staff are fantastic, enthusiastic and efficient. After even just a few visits it will be clear that they care about every customer, they go above and beyond to help even during busy times. They make by far the best flat white at bluewater and the seating area is always clean and comfortable, I often like to sit down with a book before work which it is perfect for and often see other people with laptops and couples and friends enjoying intimate talks over their hot drinks. I couldn’t recommend this store enough, if you’re looking to visit bluewater make this one of your stops, you won’t be disappointed Adam 25
The customer service at this restaurant was extremely poor. My mother ordered a cappuccino for herself and a caramel latte for me, but the lady at the till laughed at her in front of everyone. When asked about her behavior, she made derogatory comments about the coffee order, saying it was "over the top" to have different flavors. It was just a caramel latte, not a complicated order. It is not her place to criticize what paying customers choose to order. Additionally, she was the only staff member not wearing a nametag, making it clear that she did not want to be identified. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
My go-to spot for coffee is usually Costa, but when I saw a long line I decided to try Coffee Republic instead. It was my first time there and I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was delicious, better than other coffee shops I've tried. The chairs were really comfortable for relaxing. They also had a great variety of pastries and sandwiches. When I visit Bluewater next, I'll definitely be getting my coffee here.

I went to the restaurant yesterday only to find that it was completely closed with boards covering the windows. I'm not sure if it's closed for renovations or if it has permanently shut down. This is the second coffee shop I've tried to visit that has been closed. My favorite was the Costa in Waterstones, but that's gone as well.
On my last visit I was served milk for coffee in a washable cup. This time in an espresso paper take away cup (I was drinking in). Don't they get that the public likes companies that at least try to avoid one shot products.
Great service friendly staff and they allow you to sit and chill as long as you have brought something there’s no hurry for you to leave The coffee is excellent the food is very nice too I would highly recommend this place
Hi there I went here recently with my mum The staff are really friendly and helpful Had a great coffee and some lovely toast for our breakfast We did have to register for the nhs app but that was a problem

Best coffee in Bluewater, includes a loyalty scheme/card. Staff very friendly. Coffee is stronger than Costa for sure. Also do deals inc Bacon or sausage rolls in the mornings.
