Today I popped into above bar and was wonderfully welcomed by the staff. They were full of smiles and happy to help. Zac was polite, cheerful, and happy to chat, and George was equally smiley and friendly. I had an iced coconut latte which...tasted beautiful! You can tell the staff are well trained and make great coffee. Definitely the best coffee in town! When getting my straw for my drink, they let me carefully pick my own straw from a small selection, this is better than other coffee shops, as they tend to put a straw in for you. The Southampton cafe is one of my regular “watering holes” we popped in last Sunday and as always, despite being very busy owing to the Christmas shoppers, the staff were very pleasant, smiling, helpful, efficient and attentive this makes such a nice...change from establishments where the staff seem too rushed to remember customer service. The seasonal festive drinks were lovely (my choice was chocolate orange hot chocolate) and beautifully presented, generously decorated with cream and gold-coloured chocolate balls just the thing to get you into the right Christmas spirit! I come he often for a hot chocolate and the staff are always wonderful today due to the delivery being late they had run out of hot chocolate so I was given a coupon for a free one at a later date,by Gemma who has...always been particularly lovely. All of the staff are friendly often carrying my things to the table as I have a mobility problem. There are no faults and it has the best hot chocolate in the city centre!

My lovely wife and I called into Coffee for a drink the other day. The coffee was pretty good but I didn't feel the place was entirely Covid safe. Some of the seating is way too close together making it impossible to social distance....over, tables weren't being wiped down between guests meaning we had to ask somebody to clean our table for us. I wouldn't rush back until life returns to something like normality. Réservez une table maintenant

Had to complain that the coffee was cold, the server and his lackey thought it would be good customer service to laugh at me. Perhaps with future customers show some empathy, apologize and ask if you their is anything you can do to resolve the...problem. Not laugh. The server then went and stood outside for a smoke. Doesn't look very professional but thats just my opinion.

a so friendly and warm atmosphere. I was served by a friendly and smiling lady called charlene. they made me very welcome and gave me some options and recommendations. I decided to go for a latte today, it was made perfect with a beautiful...sweet hearts up! I will come back in definitiw. clean and safe. well managed.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of choice on the menu, including vegan butter for toast and teecake. they have a super helpful allergen guide on the website when they struggle with knowing what to get

grumpy non gruß, no toast available, as advertised, no apologies for no toast, so no use of us, went to the superior coffee nero doors away for teacake, nice coffee and friendly service. Réservez une table maintenant
