Called in for lunch. Ordered 3 meals and 3 drinks, paid for in advance. They couldn’t then serve the beer I ordered as the barrel needed changing then after 10 minutes told me they couldn’t serve any beer as they had a problem with the gas, but they would refund the cost of the beer, but this would take 3-5 days! My meal was shown on menu as Meatballs Sub served with chips and coleslaw. It was served on ciabatta with no chips and no coleslaw. I felt sorry for the 2 young women trying to do work they had clearing received no training to do- it was their first day. Shocking experience so won’t be returning.
Really bad experience! We sat down we were giving take away cups for all of our drinks would have been nice to have proper mugs etc. I ordered a smoothie, also in a plastic cup, that had separated !! It looked awful. It must have been sitting around for a while for it to look like that! We also ordered loaded fries which we like £12! So we expected a large portion good quality. This also was awful! Basic oven chips the “katsu curry” looked and tasted like baby food ! Not what we expected for that price ! Felt a bit ripped off. Won’t be returning !
There were plenty of tables available, so once we cleaned one, we sat down. When we asked for a menu, we were abruptly told to use the QR code, which we were able to do luckily. There was no information anywhere about allergies. The cake arrived in a cardboard box, which was surprising. The coffee was acceptable. Just before we left, we witnessed a waiter pushing rubbish down in the bin and continuing to serve without washing his hands, which was shocking.
Called for coffee as this is marketed as a coffee shop. Have used Coffi co in Cardiff before and found them ok. Very rudely told at the till that 2 coffees would be 30 mins wait at least. There were lots of seats available (not surprising) so not sure why the wait. Won’t be bothering again, place was dirty and looks like it needs a refurb.

Day visit and a drink, nice walk along the prom, sit and a cuppa we thought. Called into coffi &co and was charged £6.16 for two cups of take away tea. Didn't see the price list prior to ordering otherwise I'd have walked away. Rip off to pay this much for a cup of hot water , teabag and splash if milk, never again
I ordered the £10 welsh rarebit dirty fries, but they never arrived, even after checking 20 minutes later and being told they were on their way. The dishes that did arrive looked like a plate of low-quality chips with a small amount of melted cheese on top.
Terrible service. Waited 35 minutes for 3 teas only after asking where they were. . Was told not serving food only to over hear other customers being told that there was a wait. Under staffed tables not cleared or cleaned in between customers.
There was no children's menu available at this restaurant. I ordered two portions of chips for two nine-year-olds, which ended up costing £9. I found this to be very disappointing and excessively expensive.

Overpriced, terrible service, no system at point of order, long wait time for a coffee, tried to order a cake but they didn’t seem interested in that
Stop here for a quick coffee it was lovely really really good coffee and lovely atmosphere. Staff pleasant and friendly
