So this is what I’m resorting to, shaming him on social media for bad customer service and horrible customer relations. If we were planning on rescheduling a party there, we’re not now. La Palazzo was an outstanding choice for dinner following my husband's memorial service. We hosted around 90 guests, and every dish was delicious. The staff was attentive and compassionate, and the owners were accommodating and easy to coordinate with throughout the scheduling and meal planning process.
We attended a banquet at this restaurant, and overall it was an enjoyable experience. The food was delicious. However, we did encounter some long waits in line several times while they replenished the empty food trays. Additionally, they ran out of pitchers for drinks.
