The staff at Cold Stone Creamery on Friday nights are truly outstanding! I've been visiting nearly every Friday for several months, and although I still don't know their names (the girl with glasses and purple hair, you’re amazing!), she always remembers my very specific ice cream order without a hint of annoyance. The team is incredibly friendly, and the service is by far my favorite aspect of this place. I absolutely love coming here! Huge thanks to the wonderful staff for their exceptional customer service!
I haven't been to Cold Stone in a very long time but we had dinner around the area and decided to stop by for dessert. The ice cream itself was okay, nothing terribly special. For the price, I would prefer to just go to a grocery store and buy a pint of ice cream for cheaper better quality. The person working that evening seemed like she would rather be anywhere but there and based on other reviews it seems like customer service at this location is not the best.
Ordered a custom ice cream cake online, and upon picking up, they made it wrong. Called and worked with Sal to resolve the issue. They remade the correct cake for me and it was so delicious- truly the best ice cream cake I have ever had! Thank you for your attention to care and dedication to customer service and resolution. This restaurant has a really gloomy atmosphere. The staff seems like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed and will leave in the same mood. What's more concerning is that they don’t wear gloves while preparing food! I have no idea what they were handling before making my order. When I inquired about it, their reply was, “Oh, they’re in the back.” That's alarming! We definitely need a health inspector to pay a visit here.

Super rude. Didn 't even let me tell him what I was there for. Just interrupted me saying I know I know then continued to talk under his breath the whole time making the people orders. Never had this happen at cold stones kinda sad really seem like there going downhill by the people they higher.
I highly recommend the ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery—it's fantastic. However, I wouldn’t suggest ordering the smoothies. If you want a refreshing summer option, try the Paradise Cove. Its creamy, sweet flavor with a perfect mix of white chocolate and pineapple was surprisingly delicious.
I bought the cookie dough ice cream here and I got not a single cookie dough in it. Might as well just order the vanilla at that point. I was very disappointed because I was excepting some cookie dough in my ice cream. Customer service was also bad. I would not recommend coming here.
I really enjoy this place. The ice cream is good, but it can be a bit expensive—$30 for three people. However, they do have incredible ice cream cakes; they are the best I've ever tasted. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is friendly. Plus, the location is great!
