My wife and I visited the location in Goldsboro on 10/10/2022 in the evening at approximately 7:00-7:30 pm. During our visit there seemed to be a plumping issue to which the two young girls working did such an amazing job of dealing with that and not allowing it to impact the customer service. During this extremely stressful situation, they were both courteous and professional. One girl was handling the plumbing issue, while the other girl took care of the customers. Not once did my wife or myself feel as if the experience was unpleasant, but instead came away extreme impressed of how these two YOUNG girls kept their composure and apologized for any inconvenience, to which there was none. I ordered takeout last night and brought my dessert home. Unfortunately, I found hair in my ice cream. My first reaction was to brush it off and keep eating, thinking it was just an isolated incident. However, when I took a second bite and found another piece of hair, I tried to remain optimistic and convinced myself it might just be a stray hair that fell in. But after encountering a third strand of hair in my ice cream, I had to stop eating. I ended up throwing it away, which is such a shame because it tasted really good! It just came with an unwanted extra topping, unfortunately!
My husband, son, and I walked in and we were never greeted coming through the door. We gave it another chance and waited to see if they would greet us or acknowledge us at the counter. That never happened. Both ladies that were at the front looked right at us and never spoke. Finally one of the young ladies said in the rudest tone order when you 're ready we immediately left. It was a disgusting encounter and we did not appreciate it. Please do better.
Store had a sing on the door CLOSED UNTIL FURTHUR NOTICE . Open sign with lit. I pulled on the door, it was open. Several people had walked by and told me they were closed, because if the sign. When I walked in, employees looked stunned at our presence. They were very nice, said they were open and took our order. No where to sit inside. Sat outside. Outside of store was VERY dirty. Someone needs to seriously take a look at this place.

Ive always enjoyed this location as it had the outside area! But this past visit with family was unpleasant, the girl behind the counter was eating right in front of us while asking what we wanted and while dipped our ice cream, also the milkshake I purchased was extremely milky- not a shake.
Ordered a last minute cake for my sister’s birthday on December 25th. The girl I spoke to was super sweet and professional. The cake I requested was able to be finished early and was delicious! Kudos to whoever made and to whoever decorated!!! Thank you! You guys saved the day!!!
Customer service was horrible. They were extremely ghetto, kept laughing giggling while the whole time never greeted or acknowledged me, never asked me did I need any help. It was disgusting. I just walked out without buying anything.

Absolutely delicious! The line was super long, yet the ladies worked diligently to fulfill orders. Customer service was top notch!
