However, three weeks passed, and I still hadn’t received my refund. I’ve called multiple times to follow up, but to no avail. One employee mentioned she was handling the matter with corporate via email and would get back to me, but I never heard from her again. Another manager simply told me that she wasn’t the one to handle the situation and directed me to contact the other manager. Isn’t that part of their responsibility?
Frustrated, I eventually disputed the charge with my credit card company. Seventy-three dollars is a significant amount, and it’s unacceptable not to receive a refund after canceling with ample notice. Please keep this in mind when ordering cakes from this company.
I came in for a cone. Made my choices. I then watched and realized that older, leftover, bottom of last batch is placed on top of new batches of ice cream. When the server got my cone out, I noticed her removing a soda cracker from it. I asked aboutit, and was told that it was to prevent moisture and keep them crisp. I paid, left, and started to savor the ice cream. Everybit of it had that ?stale freezer burn smell? that we all hate. And the cone was probably manufactured during the last worldwar. Stale. For my $8-9.00, whatever it was, I should have returned it. Upside down. On their counter. Never again.

I was in the mood for ice cream during the busy hours, so the next day I decided to visit Cold Stone Creamery. The young woman working there was very friendly, making this a top pick for me while I explore the city. I ordered a cup of simple vanilla and dark chocolate with marshmallows. The shop was clean and climate-controlled, which was nice. Although I need to watch my waistline, I felt that a little indulgence was worth it!
Came here for mommy son date night on Saturday. Coldstone has lots of great flavor options and mix ins to choose from. My son chose the the chocolate devotion and I had a Silk chocolate with brownie and Carmel mixed in. Both were delicious! I'm so gladthat Coldstone has dairy free options available. They had the Silk chocolate and Strawberry sorbet. It's my first time tryingColdstone ice cream and it did not disappoint.
Absolutely amazing! The selection and service were top-notch, and there was plenty of parking. I really appreciated that the staff wore masks. (We even saw someone talking while basking in the sunlight.) Thank you, Cold Stone, for prioritizing hygiene practices. This will definitely be my favorite place to visit!
I really love the ice cream here, but I'm disappointed by the recent price hikes. As someone living on a single income, this has made it difficult for me to indulge in this delicious treat as often as I'd like.
