I grew up going to this cold stone and have always loved it. I went recently and the whole place looked bad. The freezers where they keep the ice cream were misplaced and the ice cream was melting in the freezers. The store itself was hot, customers were keeping the door open and no one was telling them to keep it closed. The counter behind the workers was disgusting there were ingredients everywhere, burned waffle cones. I ordered the Nintendo ice creams they didn't have the ingredients for them and they didn't put them in the promo cup. They had no strawberry, French vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Our order included two items with cake batter ice cream, but when we received our order and went outside to eat, we discovered that both were actually vanilla. We went back to the person who served us and he apologized and made us two new ones. By the time we went back for the second time, the store was closing. We tried the new ones, but they were still vanilla. Other customers in line before us informed us that the person who served them also claimed the ice cream was cake batter flavor.
Walked in very packed, well it's summer time so shouldn't expect anything less!! Ordered 3 ice cream, 2 specialty. The banana caramel was so bad, they used the actual fruit and it was big chunks of banana which was a turn off to me. Imagine paying $35 on 3 ice cream. Should've just go to the supermarket and get a tub of Ben Jerry or something Definitely don't get the hype of this ice cream. But the staff were actually very nice. But would not be returning to this place!!

We ordered 2 Sweet Cream..they clearly can’t read bc we got STRAWBERRY..at first it seemed they at least got the toppings correct, but ohhh no..they were supposed to have yellow cake in both, with Carmel..one had yellow Oreos and the other had some type of what tasted like chocolate chip cookies..$29 SAVE YOUR MONEY..eat Ben Jerry’s at least you get what you want for half the price..$29 for melted nasty gazpacho..that’s what it was, cold nasty soup
This Cold Stone location is the worst I have ever ordered from. I waited over an hour for $50 worth of ice cream, only for my order to be completely wrong when it finally arrived. I ended up throwing it all away. How hard is it to scoop ice cream into a cup? Apparently, it's incredibly difficult. You practically need a PhD to get it right. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.
This is one of my favorite Coldstone location. They are very neat and clean. The workers are really nice along with their fast and friendly service towards the customers. Definitely recommend for everyone to try out this place. Especially their mother's day and every other occasions specials are highly recommended to try out. It's Worth trying! ?
The customer service at this restaurant was very poor, especially with a worker named Thowha. He was constantly on his phone and even ignored customers to watch a YouTube video. When I asked for my ice, he was very rude to me. I give this store a zero rating due to the bad service and the melted ice creams.

The food was fantastic and the staff was so friendly. The flavors were superb.
