The ice cream is great, but the staff on Sundays really let it down. I've visited several times on Sundays, hoping to get a milkshake, but I consistently hear excuses like there's no milk or the blender is broken. Additionally, the lobby is often not clean; the floors are greasy and sticky. They use a squeegee to clean the floors and windows, but they walk around customers while doing it, which is quite off-putting. There need to be serious improvements in this establishment. Management or the owner should take a more active role in addressing these issues.
The staff at the counter were putting in a lot of effort, but the quality of the ice cream here, particularly the Coffee flavor, was disappointing. It seemed like they were scraping the bottom of the tin to serve me, rather than using a fresh batch. As a result, the ice cream had a flaky texture with ice crystals, rather than the creamy consistency that you'd expect from a place with "cream" in its name. Check out the picture for reference.
I've been visiting this place around 9:00 PM, and it seems they stop making smoothies after that time. It’s disappointing because they’re listed on the menu. I hope they can improve on this soon, especially since it takes me 20 minutes to get here. I understand it might sound strange, but when I asked what time they stop serving smoothies, the staff told me there isn't a specific cut-off time.
I went to get ice cream with my dog because it's one of the few places in my area that allows pets. However, an employee told me, "Sorry, your dog can't be here." I found it strange since Cold Stone sells dog-friendly ice cream but doesn't allow dogs. Later, I checked the policy and discovered that dogs are indeed welcome; that employee was just an overzealous rule-follower.

Stopped by today 11/17 8:55pm approx. I was greeted by a young lady pink hair VERY NICE. She treated me so well, let me try some icecream, created small talk but it didn't seem forced, she is so nice! And of course my icecream is delicious. I didn't get her name but she was very friendly, girl with pink hair and wore a pink beanie. Thank uou for my delicious icecream
IF IT WAS UP TO ME NOT EVEN 1 STAR , LITERALLY WAITING FIR 15 MINUTES 4 YOUNGSTERS PLAYING 8N THE BACK AND NO ONE CAME TO HELP US , PLACE WAS DIRTY. ONLH ONE TABLE AND IT WAS FILTHY. WATER ON THE FLOOR. AND THEY STILL ACTED LIKE NO BIG DEAL , SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND DON'T COME HERE VERY DISAPPOINTED.
The restaurant closes at 10 PM, but I noticed employees starting to clean up 30 to 40 minutes before that. It would be helpful to have this information available online so that people don't waste their time driving to this location.
The ice cream at this place is absolutely incredible and delicious! While it is on the pricier side, it's overall very good and refreshing. I definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Arrived at 9pm with my friends to get icecream and Coldstone closes at 10. The doors were locked and the worker acted like the window was opaque and ignored us. We didn't get icecream. Very sad.
Use cash if you go here. Our card information was stolen when we used it to pay. I won't be back.
