So I went to cold stone around a couple months ago. The store was solid. But overtime I feel like the store wasn't as good anymore. Firstly, the table wasn't as clean as it suppose to be. One time I went in, I saw around like 3 people in the back who weren't paying attention to the customer in front. It look them around 5 mins before they came out and saw me and my family. It used to be a good store, but overall I wouldn't go here anymore

I ordered THREE gotta have it and got three small ones. I even ordered two sprinkled bowl cone and got NOTHING. Worst place ever. This has happened in multiple occasions. I called the location and said they can?t do anything about my situation and I need to contact DoorDash when I clearly ordered directly through cold stone and not door dash. Worst experience.

came here last night with friends. love how they have diary free options, my friend is lactose. I got the seasonal boo batter which was delicious- but it does mess with your tummy the next day. Staff was nice, just think the location is in a sketchy creepy area. Place was clean too and ate our ice cream inside.

I ordered mint chocolate chip ice cream with brownie and chocolate chips for pickup, but what I got was just mint ice cream with barely any brownie or chocolate chips. The photo I've attached shows the difference. I'm writing this review in the hope that your store can enhance its quality.
I absolutely adored this ice cream shop! It's inviting and ideally situated next to a pizza place and Regal Cinemas. The amazing flavors were truly tempting. The staff was very friendly, providing generous servings of fresh ice cream. Plus, the restroom was impeccably clean. Réservez une table maintenant
Stood at the ice cream counter for 4 mins, we were the only customers in line before anyone ever looked up and said ? hi?or ?we will be right with you in a second?. Pretty disappointing but the ice cream is good.
