I placed an order online and entered the location to pick it up. I was neither greeted nor acknowledged when there were 3 associates working and all engaging in a personal conversation with the only other customer in the store who walked in seconds before me. They rang up the other customer's order, and then still without acknowledging me proceeded to ask a new customer who walked in if they needed help. I had to interject and state that I had been waiting before the other customer. I ordered a custom cake and asked for RED writing. Picked up the cake with pink writing when I asked if there was any other cakes ready she told me no and said “Oh we out of red,” at what point do you think you should’ve contacted the customer to inform them so they can have another option. Cakes are customized for a reason. On top of the cake looking rushed and thrown together
I waited in line for 30 MINUTES repeated my order to the man with glasses and locs TWICE. Not only was he rude but he gave me the wrong order and got an attitude because I was trying to use a reward. It’s ridiculous and unnecessary and I hope they can change their service
I had to change my order 3 times because they barely had anything in stock. Ridiculous. They didn’t even have waffle cones which completely shocked me, seeing as though it’s an ice cream shop. Will be my last resort from this point on.

Brought a prepared cake from the refrigerator for my daughter birthday. We asked could the write on it and the employee turned around ask the guy who does it and he said no. Guess he was too busy to write on a $45.00 ice cream cake.
it’s cool but as a dasher, they take forever to prepare the orders to be ready for pickup. literally every time i come here to pick up an order, im waiting like 15-20 mins
Walked in to get ice cream staff said they were getting off work and did not help at all. I just walked out. Poor service for sure.
They are also super sweet and helping to all the customers. Angie helped us, and she was awesome! I would recommend!
