"Some children waste food. Every time I pay for the mix and throw away most of them. It's really bad. These children are not focused. So often they give me false taste or false mixers. Mostly I don't like when they throw away food instead of in the cups we pay for."

I was waiting outside the restaurant with my mask on when I noticed a woman enter without one. Two employees confronted her, asking if there was an issue. She explained that she couldn't wear a mask. Given the well-known exemptions due to medical conditions, I thought the way they handled the situation was inappropriate. While enforcing a mask policy is certainly within their rights, publicly embarrassing someone in front of a large crowd is not acceptable. There are far better ways to address these situations. I wish I could give this place zero stars. The last two times we visited, we had to wait 30 minutes just to place our ice cream order. Even worse, both times we ordered the same size (the 'Love It' size), but one of us ended up with the smaller one. We paid for the larger size but received the smaller cups instead. The last time we noticed the mix-up right away and addressed it with the staff. The man behind the counter insisted that we had been given the 'Love It' sizes and even tried to show us by holding up a cup. Could he not see that the sizes were clearly wrong? Did he even acknowledge it? I ended up grabbing a cup just to get through the line quickly. This is a pathetic way to run a b...
Unfortunately a bad experience worth noting. We waited 40 minutes for a half filled, over priced bowl of ice cream. We haven't been to Cold Stone in ages and had a gift card and were so excited. We were willing to waiting in the line but the lady who made our ice cream had to ask us twice what kind of ice cream we wanted and even after that made the wrong ice cream. I eventually just took what she made. I don't recommend especially when there are some really great mom and pop places that will give you more ice cream that tastes better at a better price.
We arrived at this location 40 minutes before it?s closing time which was 11PM yet they were already closed. It is very unprofessional to close before they?re closing time. We even checked there closing time online and even on their front door it says 11PM on Saturdays yet they were close at 10:20 PM. Not to mention that we drove 25 minutes to get at this location. Have to try Cheese Cake and Cookie Doug ice cream words can?t express how good this is but can?t eat this to much but I enjoyed it. With the help of Amelia and Kasey helped me very nice people also helped me decided cause I wanted a low sugar ice cream however I wanted to indulge in the unhealthy choice but I really loved the taste and quality of the ice cream great job thanks again I will return soon.
I highly recommend the Cheesecake and Cookie Dough ice cream! Words can’t describe how delicious it is, though I couldn’t indulge too much. I really enjoyed it. Amelia and Kasey were incredibly helpful and friendly. I initially wanted a low-sugar option but ended up opting for something more indulgent instead, and I absolutely loved the flavor and quality. Great job, and I’ll definitely be back soon!
This place still requires customers to wear masks, and I witnessed two people enter without them. The young staff member informed them that masks were still mandatory in the establishment and offered them some to wear. Instead, they told her, who was obviously a teenager, to just push the mask up and leave. Despite this, the service was good and the ice cream was great!
The hours posted online are not accurate. It’s incredibly frustrating to drive nearly 6 miles to get my favorite meal, only to find that the restaurant closed just 10 minutes before I arrived. Additionally, the hours listed at the store entrance are also incorrect. This is a simple issue that should be fixed. Réservez une table maintenant
This place still requires you to wear a mask and I saw 2 people come in without one, the girl said they were still required to wear one in the store and offered masks to them. They said to the girl who was definitely a teenager, to shove the mask up her a and left. Good service and ice cream though
