It carries the standard options for the most part, with a few unique offerings. Their specialty is probably big “creations” which blends many toppings (bites, fruits, etc) together (kind of like a sundae, though with more emphasis on the toppings compared to syrup). With that it’s very rich and certainly quite indulgent (and it feels as such). It can be a bit pricey, even for a standard option, so keep that in mind. As they’re a chain, their quality is nothing special with standard ingredients, but it’s still enjoyable. I tend to suggest the local options, but Coldstone is good for something particularly rich and crazy

I ordered my twins 10th birthday cake from this location. There was a discrepancy in the total charged and the actual amount. I contacted the store and Rodney (owner) called me back on his personal time and told me he would get it taken care of. Day of the pickup, the charge was correct and I was contacted by Rodney to ensure it was. Not only was the cake AMAZING (it was all gone by end of day.... never happens with bday cakes) but I felt well taken care of and listened to. Thank you Rodney and Coldstone for helping make my kids birthday after Rona the best they have had yet!

We walked in at 930 and the line was to the door..only 2 ladies working but they did a great job pushing thru online orders and at the counter..the ice cream was perfect for my family of 5...the amount of muscle it takes to make each order is crazy..so kudos to you guys for keeping up

Takes way to long, been here 20 min. Watching 3 servers hardly moving. Angie was trying pretty hard, not enough team support for her in my opinion. Not motivated or even aware of the 19 people in line. I used to love this place. Remember when they actually cared and sang for tips! Réservez une table maintenant

we went around 930 and the line was on the door..only 2 damen work but they did a good work push-thru online order and on the theke. the ice was perfect for my family of 5. the amount of muscles that it takes to make every job is crazy..so kudos for her youngs for storing

the calendar was very rudely asked me to drive away from the counter when I was just ordered. never before experienced at the other places. I think the owner should be able for someone else with better human skills. never again this young man has ruined my experience!

The two young women working tonight were slammed at 9:10pm. They hustled and were amazing. They had large orders for 8 people and additional orders all coming at the same time and they cleared the place in 12 minutes!

Second time ordering a milkshake which turned out terrible. It was too thick this time to use a straw, and the female worker there was not friendly at all and quite hard to hear. Réservez une table maintenant

the type said they were closed, but I was at the door 12 min before they closed. it's my childbirth day and wanted to get him an ice cream after eating.

They switched my regular size by nestling a smaller cup in my regular sized cup. Like I wouldn't notice. Same price, much less ice cream.
