I've ordered from them multiple times, and I recently placed an order for ice cream through a delivery app. This is now the second time they've forgotten an ice cream from my order. If you're an ice cream shop, you should be able to manage that—if not, maybe you should consider closing down. I ordered three ice creams and only received one; that's not good for business. When I called to address the issue, it felt like I was jumping through hoops. They couldn't locate my order and seemed utterly confused. I’m done with this place.
I placed an order ahead of time and when I took a bite, it was good, but then I noticed something was wrong. The ice cream had peanut butter in it and I had to throw it out. I'm severely allergic to peanuts and I'm always aware of what I eat. I might give them another chance unless they're super careful
Great ice cream! i don’t know if this is weird to say, but the ice cream is chewy! it makes it so good!! so many toppings to choose from, as well as scrumptious cakes! so many flavors to choose from. it’s is never ever busy there! i love the place!
I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but I usually order cakes here regularly. Unfortunately, the last three times I’ve ordered, they’ve all been incorrect. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location to avoid any hassle.

Is this a joke? For $8.05 I get one mini Reese’s and a quarter of a Heath bar mixed into mediocre ice cream? What a ripoff. Do yourself a favor and walk across the parking lot to Culver’s.
Many servers, quick service. Delicious ice cream choices. Clean store. Patio seating is great. Chocolates and caramel apples on sale. Ice cream cake choices are plentiful.
People who works there are mean and don’t respect other , the place is unclean, they make the ice cream on the table without a paper below the food, it’s disgusting.
One of my best ice cream stores, Cold Stone I love the big selection of flavors and now they have Caramel Apple to omg

Small (like it) with brownie and caramel... $8.61! Way over priced. Taste is nothing special.
Good amount of options and good ice cream/shakes. Can't go wrong with any of the flavors.
