Customer service: horrendous. My friend asked to try a flavor and they flat said no, which was strange and didn 't offer a reason why. We shrugged it off and then I asked what toppings they had and the staff said, uhhh, look in front of you. I never leave negative reviews, but I want to spare others from having a similar horrible experience. Treat your customers with some respect.

I've only ever ordered here twice and both times my order was messed up. the ice cream is good, but i ordered three mix-ins as well as paid for another. i opend up the pint and it looked promising until i had the gummy bear that was right on top. there were three gummy bears in my ice cream and throughout the rest is just the ice cream.

Unable to enjoy their ice cream because when we walked by around 10:15 am 10:30 am on a Saturday they were not open yet despite their hours showing a 10am start. Jordan Creek should seriously consider having them removed.

Nice service and wonderful ice cream. The ice cream was prepared swiftly, so I didn't even have to wait that long. The overlord Oreo was delectable. The cup serving sizes were similarly generous.

Close too early and very pricey hope next time get a better service and more things to choose from
