Cold Stone Creamery

I like Cold Stone Creamery because they have unique signature ice cream creations. I often go to this because it's close to home. The staff is nice and has a fair customer service. You take your order quickly and let the new flavors taste. You can create your own, but it is best to order their signature creations. This time I ordered the mint mint chocolate chip signature creation. The ice cream is good and does not taste too sweet and it is creamy. If you sign up for your emails, you will receive vouchers and chances to win points to get free ice cream.

I placed an order through Postmates and my husband went to pick it up almost an hour later, only to find that the restaurant had not received the order. When I called, they claimed to be very busy, but my husband reported that there were no customers present. It is disappointing to see people working in a place where they seem to not enjoy their job or are unwilling to work. Making excuses to avoid doing their job is disheartening.

Excellent experience, gosh I am so bad with name, but a young lady I think she said Stephanie, was very pleasant, patient and made me feel welcome and actually ensured that my order was correct. I'm visiting a lot of ice salons and this is one of the best I've mentioned this to her and she hit the Rewards program, and it makes sense and works for me. Good job teph, keep it up... my family and I will come defensive.

I brought my English Bulldog to this restaurant for her 1st birthday, hoping to give her a tasty treat. However, we were asked to leave, even though the restaurant advertises as being "pet-friendly." I do not recommend this place. - 8/4/2021

Really good ice cream if you want to pamper yourself. All right, but once in a while if you long good dessert, its a good choice. They have a lot of taste and supplement ins. I think we spent $15 for 2 ice cups with cone

Do to the crisis, i understand the distancing but we ordered two love it banana crunch caramel. No , banana, no caramel, no nuts, plain vanilla for such a high price, no receipt.

We tried pistachio, vanilla, cheese cake ice creams. All were very nice that it was difficult to choose the best among them.

Don't go here!! The ladies are rude and don't fallow the updated hours. Both Girls had a nasty attitude!!
