I have been visiting Coldstone Gallery in Baldwin for many years, but recently there have been changes in staff and the new employees do not seem to take the pandemic seriously. The employees are young and inexperienced, with some wearing masks inconsistently. During my visit today, I found a hair in my ice cream cup for the second time in two weeks. The first incident occurred when I purchased a gallon of chocolate ice cream and discovered it was not fully filled, with a hair in it. I received the incorrect order and was unable to rectify the situation. When I contacted the manager, they seemed clueless on how to assist me. This is unprofessional. At this point, I do not have confidence in the quality of the service and will not be ordering from this establishment again.

Usually this place is great. but in this week I went two times to load in these, and remember, I came at least 20-30 minutes before they close, and every time the door is closed. the paper sign on the door even gives the right closing times. very unhappy.

My very pregnant wife got to the store 15 minutes before they close (45 minutes before if you go by the times on the door), but the store was already closed and the staff inside refused to unlock for her. Réservez une table maintenant
