Cold Stone Creamery

Today is March 21, 2024 5:36pm the VERY FIRST time I have ever experienced TERRIBLE customer service at my happy place. I walked in, wasn’t greeted. Ok, I’m willing to look past this, although RUDE! The employee working (no name tag) kept working and NEVER acknowledged my presence. I stood at the counter in her face for about 3 minutes she NEVER asked to take my order or anything. She kept doing whatever it was she was doing. Unfortunately, I left w/no ice cream. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNFORGIVING!!! Won’t be back!

Went on my lunch today to get some ice cream with a gift card I received for Christmas when I went to pay I was told they don't accept them because they don't get payed. The gift card literally says cold stone on it. So disappointed and won't come back. If they aren't getting payed then they should consider not putting their names on gift cards or not even having gift cards. Just a thought

terrible terrible terrible I've never seen such a rude and unfriendly work staff pretty sure my drinks have spit in them one worker tatum I'm sure is the cause of that I would never recommend going there bunch a 2 faced

Worst Cold Stone I ever been to, paid for a large and tall kid in the hat gave me half the ice cream of my friend who got a large and he paid less. Place sucks, would never go again and don’t recommend. Kids an idiot.

ice cream always tastes good, but the service is very hit or miss there. i'm sorry your customers are such a burden.
