The ice cream is delicious! However, why is it that no matter what size cup i ask for they always charge me the same amount? i asked for a medium one time and it was about 7.99 and this last time i asked for a small and they put it in a big cup and then still charged me 7.99. I didnt complain because deep down i knew i really wanted a large, but it strikes me as suspicious. I wonder if they make the ice cream a bigger scoop on purpose, to then put it in a bigger cup, just so they can charge you … – show
Delicious dishes to enjoy! The employee who assisted us was a student and she was incredibly friendly. The only drawback is that they don’t accept Apple Pay or contactless payments, so make sure to bring your physical cards. There’s an extensive selection of sweets, so you’re sure to find something you’d like to try!
DAIRY FREE OPTIONS!! They had a strawberry dairy free sherbet and a chocolate silk option. The Silk was very smooth almost had a yogurt flavor. I was SO HAPPY TO ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO EAT ICE CREAM WITH MY FAMILY! Lactose intolerance is not fun. Thank you for great service and options for everyone!
To be honest, I've never been a fan of Coldstone. However, I noticed that the smallest ice cream size available was $7.50, even with the usual toppings. The flavor was decent, but I only needed half of it to satisfy my craving for something sweet.

The worst customer service, the guy was super rude, he didn't want to make a milkshake, he did it, but with a bad attitude, I went to have a good afternoon with my newborn baby and some friends and I had the worst experience.
This area is really neat! My wife and I stopped by for some ice cream and it was pretty good. It was a little pricey for the small cup though.
