Cold Stone Creamery

Placed an order online for a cake and it was perfect in every way (my pictures do not do this cake justice)! Looked just like the image advertised online, whoever did the happy birthday writing did fantastic because the lettering was gorgeous. Taste was delicious! Not an ounce of dry cake (which was my fear since you have to freeze it) and the ice cream to icing ratio was spot on perfect. I have never had an ice cream cake from cold stone before but heck yes do I plan to get more. Order was ready when i came to pick it up and the employee that brought it out to me was very sweet and polite. Thank you Cold Stone employees for making my birthday end on a sweet note!

I visit this place quite frequently for their milkshakes, especially the dark chocolate flavor. There's a tall guy with glasses who always makes them just right. He goes above and beyond by lining the cup with fudge and adding some to the whipped cream as well! I'm sure if you ask, he'll do the same for you.

This was my first time dining here, and it certainly won't be the last. The service was excellent, and I felt truly welcomed. Diana made our first visit enjoyable, and I want to extend my thanks to Alicia and Jacki as well. We look forward to returning soon for another great experience!

I had a wonderful experience with Diana, who was an outstanding staff member. She engaged me in conversation about my day and offered exceptional customer service. I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE…WE BUY THE EVERYBODY SIZE APPLE PIE A LA EVERYYYYTIME PLUS THEY HAVE OTHER COOL OPTIONS FOR MY 5YR OLD SON TO CHOOSE FROM…I EVEN BUY TWO WALLFE BOWS JUST TO EAT

The Cotton Candy ice cream lacked flavor. Team was great ladies. Only complaint is that nut items especially ice cream should be separate from other non-nut flavors for people with nut allergies.
