Ice cream was melting everywhere even before it made it to the bowl so i guess either the freezer or the stone isnt as cold as it should be. And im sure he just finished training by the way he mixed the toppings in(ive never had a full side with no toppings before). But never the less same great taste. Nothing i was unhappy with was something that wasnt manageable. First time visiting maybe next time will be 5 stars.
I went on a Saturday afternoon. Line was long, not enough workers. My ice cream was made sloppily. It's actually too expensive for what you actually receive. The ice cream tastes good and it's unique in that they mix the toppings in front of you but I'd go with Dairy Queen or Culver's.
It was incredibly busy, and there was a delay with my online order. However, the staff were very apologetic and made sure to check in on me while I waited. They even included a handwritten note in the bag! I really appreciated their thoughtfulness and excellent customer service.
Believe it or not this was my first time eating at cold stone and babyyyyyy. Let's just say its #1 on my list of places to get ice cream. I WAS a regular at sonics and dairy queen, not anymore lol. I save my money for cold stone because they are a little more expensive. Réservez une table maintenant
The ice cream here is always delicious, but the customer service from the two young teens serving May first sucks. Rude and ugly, you can tell they don’t want to be there. They need training or need to be fired. This was my second terrible experience with them.
One of the employees seemed clearly frustrated, but he managed to maintain his composure and provide better service. I appreciated his professionalism and the effort he made to improve the situation. Thanks to his service, I would consider coming back again.
Very rude, poor customer service and the girl slammed the pen on the counter because she was upset with the customer before me. I will never go back there! They need to teach these new generations of workers customer service skills. So rude for no reason!

Ordered a got to have it for delivery with 3 mix ins. It just literally came with the ice cream, not one mix in. So frustrating!
