Cold Stone Creamery

On Tuesday, March 15 at 7:17pm. My family and I went here and we were on Springbreak from Texas. We walked in and there was no in line but us. We stood there at least 5-6 minutes and not one worker acknowledged us. There were at least 5 workers behind the counter. My family and I decided to leave. I turned around and walked back in and told the workers that we had been standing there for at least 5min watching them talk to one another and no one ever said anything to us. One girl apologized. An apology is not acceptable in this case. We left, went down the street to Twisted Treats who had great and fast service!! I will not visit ColdStone again and I will be sure to let others know!!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! MY VERY FIRST TIME TRYING TO PURCHASE SOME ICE CREAM. I STOOD THERE FOR 5 MINUTES, THERE WERE 5 EMPLOYEES IN THERE AND NOT ONE OF THEM SAID, WE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY. THEY DID NOT RECOGNIZE THE 2 CUSTOMERS THAT WERE IN THERE. So I left out and went to Twisted Treats and got my ice cream in about 60 seconds or less!! Horrible service, I will not visit that particular franchise in Ocala, Florida and will tell everyone I know not to visit as well!!!! Bad first impression!!!! To top it off, I was here on Spring Break from out of town. Very, very, very disappointing

the ice is ingenious, the service is müll. I wish someone working with customer service skills here. every time I was invited to this, it seems that the employees were in the competition for which the customers could ignore the longest. please provide competent staff to use this large ice cream

Ice cream was good. The Medium was no bigger than the small... The facility was dirty inside.. The outside was just NASTY ! Trash over flowing melted ice cream everywhere.. Notice the picture below.

my daughter loves taking ice cream cakes here. it usually makes a huge chaos and they are always quick to help clean it quickly. great service.
