One young employee, a blonde teenager, took her sweet time and treated the customers ahead of me poorly, giving them dirty looks. When someone tried to walk in behind me, she even threw them out. When it was finally my turn to order, I was told by a miserable-looking blonde girl that they were closed at 8:58 PM and wouldn't serve me. It was ridiculous. My boyfriend and I arrived around 8:45 PM, along with another woman who was by herself. We waited outside because there were too many people inside, but at 8:50 PM, two staff members came out to inform us that they were closed. It was disappointing that they couldn't take the time to come out themselves and tell us. According to Google, your closing time is 9:00 PM, so this felt really unfair, especially since there were only two parties waiting, and it was just 10 minutes before closing. Went here to get a small cheesecake shake. They had a puddle on the floor infront of the ice cream chest which I slipped in, they had Extremely slow service, then I got my shake I took a sip before I even left the store and it was SOUR I told the two girls that I think the milk they used was bad, they told me ?no that?s how the cheesecake tastes? I said no it doesn?t? then they sniffed the milk and literally gagged? it was CHUNKY? I got a refund and I will never be going back I?m disgusted

I asked for whip cream ontop of my Ice cream and instead of just telling me they didn?t have whip cream they put cool whip on it from a whipping can. I only figured this out when I got home but just from looking at it I knew something was off cause it was a flat swirl ontop of my icream Instead of how whip cream normally looks. Extremely unprofessional.

I usually love coldstone however this location is probably the worst. They skimp you on the icecream and when you say something they don't like it. I got a few got to have it sizes and it wasn't even filling the cups. When I asked the server about it he said that's how it's supposed to be. This location is a huge rip off borderline theft ????.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but Amanda deserves a raise! I visited the restaurant today around 3 PM, and the line was really long. Despite being the only one working, she managed to assist everyone with a cheerful attitude. Her customer service was fantastic, and she never made anyone feel rushed. Kudos to Amanda!

Hubby and I went to get ice cream the workers had no gloves on serving the ice cream and also ringing the cash register, not as much as washing their hands or having someone else just work the register. We left without getting our ice cream because this is not sanitary especially now more so with Covid 19. Réservez une table maintenant

Terrible customer service. My orders are consistently incorrect. The staff should double-check that everything is in order before a driver picks it up. I do not recommend placing an order with them.

I absolutely adore Cold Stone Creamery! Although it's quite pricey, the ice cream is incredibly tasty.
