I went here 4 my day with my twin and the girl that made our ice-cream cone, wrapped it as if we say we want it to be. if we eat it there, they would wrap it up and ate it with all the plastic wrap cuz we still sat up there. I didn't tip that she sent us out inconspicuously with the one that our order 4 is here or to go.

Online order wasn?t started until after I arrived for my pick up on time. Don?t have a online otrder program if you don?t know how to make orders in order. Not happy!!! Was a 5 star review 7 months ago

Not sure how someone could forget ingredients for their signature ice cream, especially if they were listed in the menu.

Every time I get Coldstone they never disappoint! So good! Plus this location always generous with their serving size.
