I took my family (5 of us) to this Cold Stone Creamery this evening. When we walked in, one young lady was serving 2 people. 5 minutes in, she was still serving them (they had a pretty large order). The entire time we?d waited, there were two young ladies watching each other clean a small fridge behind the counter. I had an amazing, family-friendly experience in this Coldstone location. The dead silence sent my 14-year-old nephew to sleep. The absence of light was a bad blow, I could swear that if you look into the darkness of the shop, you could see the devil yourself. The cake case was full of delicious treats in different sizes. When I finally reached the Ghea, it was important for me to find pans at different heights, I guess there is something to do for the staff. But the last part was my kids size watermelon sorbet. Love Coldstone ice cream but management is rude at that site. They don?t care about Helping customers with the reward points. Also had a bad experience when the server wiped the edge of my ice cream with her apron! When I asked her to get a new lid,she responded that she didn?t wipe the whole container of ice cream with her apron just a half. Gross! Warmly greeted by gentleman up front upon entering. I encountered Friendly, Cordial Staff and a very Clean store on this visit on a Sat around 7 pm. Not cheap $20 for (2) medium waffle cones but quality of ice cream is AWESOME: THE richest, creamiest ice cream ever and I thought Friendlys was the best. Very Indulgent. A Splurge Treat. The waffle cones are also great and top quality. Size is GINORMOUS; I'd advise the Small over a Medium or Large. My medium cone was close to 3/4 pint of ice cream! This place is disgusting!!! The smell alone killed mine and my friends appetites. It looks and smells like they never clean. I see others have had the same issue over the past couple years. You would think if not the management corporate would do something to solve the problem. I will never go there again. barf!
this store is disgusting literally seen a rat running around in the back. and not to mention their is this lady w dirty blond hair w a nose piercing served my food and found hair in my ice cream. the floor was dirty , trash everywhere found a couple of dead flies next to the ice cream.
We were a family of five, and the rushed service was very frustrating. I understand if the restaurant was busy, but it was only us there. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place was quite unpleasant, and none of the staff wore gloves.

Just waited in a long line to finally get to where the ice cream was and it was all melted. Will not waste my time paying $10.00 for melted ice cream
The employees don’t wear gloves! Bad services, the managers have to trained more the staff!
