Amazing food! Even better service. Our server, Amir, had us laughing all the way through our meal. His recommendations were on point and the drinks made by Travis at the bar were perfection. I love a great gimlet and the Cetriolo Gimlet was way beyond my expectations. The Proscuitto Di Parma is a must try. The fried dough served as the cracker/bread on that dish is unique and so tasty. For the mains we tried the sunflower pesto pizza and the farfalle pasta. Both were great. The pizza was huge and the toppings were generous. It was unique and memorable! This place is a can't miss for a post shopping meal or a special occasion. Make sure you stop by Colletta when you visit Avalon.
I just love this place from the atmosphere to the delightful front end hostessing to the excellent staff to the super managers but last but not least.........the chefs. The food is amazing! From the moment we step into the restaurant, you are made to feel welcome and special. The waiters are all so inviting, knowledgeable, friendly and so professional. It is a treat to dine there. Fantastic service (amir). Strong menu. Delicious food. At our table we enjoyed short ribs, stripped bass, risotto, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parmigiana, tagliatelle with duck. Followed by the amaretto budino with salted caramel... Everything was delicious and well presented. Well timed service. Warm ambience.. worth every penny. Thanks for a lovely evening.
Last night was my first time eating at Colletta. It was truly one of the most amazing meals I have ever had. I will definitely be back recommend to everyone I know! The steak was beyond amazing the chicken parm was so good too. The deconstructed cannoli for dessert was out of this world!!
Another fabulous dinner last night at Colleta! Love this place! Definitely worth the wait that there always seems to be. Last night, we enjoyed the Burratta, Kale Salad, Short Rib, and Black Pepper Tagliatelle. All were amazing and the service was fantastic! Will definitely return soon.
Love this place!! Went here for my birthday and my boyfriends birthday. The environment is awesome, the food is amazing and the service is impeccable! Hudson always takes such good care of us behind the bar. Highly recommend for any special occasions or just a casual night out!
