Colmado Los Manueles

Location: 5 minutes from the town center. This is the most classic bar in Vitoria. Completely unchanged since the last 40 years or more. First time I went there 25 years ago, but I have been told it looked always like this. Nice to see that a bar resists all other trends bars. Service: it is a tapas bar. So you don’t have to worry about service too much. Just order a sherry – Fino in Spanish. Food: Simple and good.
