Food? Absolutely delicious! Convenient? Definitely! Charming? You bet! It has a cozy, country diner vibe. The chef prepares everything to order—feel free to get creative and ask for off-menu items. The grocery store offers an eclectic selection of general merchandise, food, and drinks. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Coffee comes in 16 oz and 20 oz sizes. However, truckers take note: I brought in a 14 oz spill-proof Contigo mug but was charged the 20 oz price. The explanation given was less than satisfactory. You might have better luck. Overall, I give it 4 stars.
Sometimes the tastiest meals come from the most surprising spots! Columbia River Country Store not only delivers amazing food but also provides exceptional service. Bud and his team truly make an effort to engage with guests and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The burgers are fantastic, and the fries are phenomenal! If you find yourself nearby, make sure to visit—you won’t regret it!
We arrived at the store on a Sunday at about 5 PM after a very hard day of riding into the wind on our bicycles. Both of the women who were working there were very helpful and after eating some dinner, they found us a shuttle to our next destination. We were very impressed with the service and everyone who came into the store with their friendliness. I would give them thehighest praise.
What a great little spot to eat, it reminds me of the small restaurants and stands I used to see as a kid. Ben served us fast, delicious, and good portions of homemade food! His waitress/store helper was friendly and kind also. I plan to stop everysingle time I drive through the area... it will be the sole reason I skip I-84 and drive Highway 14 in Washington state.

It's the places you least expect to have the best food that end up having the best food! And on top of that the best service too. Bud and staff really take the time to get to know you and make you feel at home. The burgers, delicious! The fries, out ofthis world! If you're ever in the area make sure to stop in. You will not be disappointed. That's a promise!
What a charming little spot! It reminded me of the cozy diners and food stands I loved visiting as a kid. Ben served us promptly with hearty portions of tasty homemade dishes. His waitress and shop assistant were friendly and inviting. Every time I’m nearby, I’m drawn to stop—it's the main reason I prefer taking Highway 14 in Washington over I-84.
Yeah not really great service seems like they are mad at the world food was undercooked my burrito was little under cook the tortilla soda fountain tasted like it?s never been clean not happy with the service and food overall
The food was delicious and lots of it.Had burgers with fries hot caramel apple tart with ice cream. They even packed up the leftovers for the pup. Very clean. Nice people. Happened on it on the road South to Vancouver.
