Saturday evening meal was the best yet fine wise! crab pate with armagnac starter was delish main was the duck with plum in a Fab sauce .. it was a Saturday, they were busty so our table was down in a windowless room when she moved the chairs up it was noisy! when we visited the last time we had a window seat that was fab! good service, although the waitress might have been more friendly .. loving place will return definitiw

The biggest thank you Kim and team for a wonderful evening at your restaurant in Buxton Delicious food ,and lovely surroundings,with welcoming staff .We booked over the internet as we live in the Midlands so a blind decision ,how lucky we were to come across this wonderful place.Nothing was to much trouble for them, they are the team that give customer services a good name.Thank you so very much .Fabulous be very proud xxx

on Sunday we have eaten long and we eat a lot. perfectly cooked lamb and chicken. really fresh ingredients all amazingly cooked. can not recommend enough
