In Zeiten von Corona eine Reise zu unternehmen, ist ja an sich schon eine gewisse Herausforderung und es fordert auch sicherlich eine gewisse Form von Verständnis, wenn dann nicht alles 100 %ig abläuft. Grundsätzlich waren meine Frau und ich sehr froh darüber, als deutsche Urlauber, aus NRW stammend, via eigenem PKW, reibungslos in die Schweiz ein und mit nur geringen Auflagen, auch wieder ausreisen zu dürfen. Das Ganze war eine Mini Hochzeitsreise ; das ursprüngliche Reiseziel, waren die Malediven. Die Lage und Anordnung der sogenannten See Pavillons gab für uns den Ausschlag, diese Hotelanlage auszuwählen. Drei Übernachtungen, inklusive fürstlicher Bewirtung, im 5 Sterne Ambiente, das soll...
Das hotel palafitte will mehr sein als es ist..preis leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht..besonders der zimmerservice fürs essen..hat keine grosse auswahl..nicht einmal ein gutes stück fleisch und was angeboten wird ist viel viel zu teuer und die speisen sind fast kalt serviert worden..und der preis für eine übernachtung von 820. ist nicht und nimmer gerechtfertigt..man könnte es schon fast abzocke nennen in jedem bereich...wir haben schon sehr viele gute hotels besucht und haben eine gwisse erfahrung..hier ist alles auf schicki micki ausgelegt..sieht man an den autos vor der tür..ferrari..porsche..lamborgini u.s.w. I'm not in the habit of rating this harshly, but in terms of service at the bar, we're close to nothing. How to justify such prices when each visit the customer experience is disappointing: order taken sometimes 10 15min after being installed long wait for simple drinks such as tea, coffee, or lemonade (not to mention the absence of 2 3 small savory dishes to accompany, something rather usual even in small bistros) dirty dishes ; I'm not complicated on this point, but when you go to a 5* you have to be impeccable. Not normal to receive a drink worthy of a backpacking expedition... Fortunately the setting is splendid, we can't take that away! But we need real professionals, with notions of ho...
A great stay in this establishment! We had a pavilion on stilts and it was incredible! There is a jacuzzi, a large bathroom, a large living room with a large bed with a view of the lake. Nothing to complain about, the staff being super friendly! You can even go into the lake from your balcony from the pavilion on stilts! In bad weather, you feel good in it, it makes you want to write a book, even without being a writer for couples, you won't be disappointed!
eating was incredible, very compliment for the chefs inside, but the waiters are very terrible. in a 5 star hotel/restaurant I expected more than what I saw. the waiter threw the spoon on the table and struck me after he had given the food, as there were no excuses. this price for eating I expect high quality and educated things that served me but not this worst waiter. what a shame.
