The food here is great, and the coffee is also good. But the staff really ruin the whole experience with their poor attitudes. Every time I’ve come here I’ve had to wait on whatever I ordered, even if I ordered ahead and arrived past the time of estimated pick up. I understand when the store is busier but most time the staff are just talking or on their phones. The last two times I’ve had a pickup order it’s been ready but not in the pickup area, and the staff will do anything but acknowledge you when you’re standing near the counter. Just read the review by one Hannah Morris and I agree with everything she said. This place is hectic, bordering on the chaotic, with no idea where you're supposed to go to order or where, when and how to pick up your order once it's ready (which may take some time). Staff looked like they were more interested in each other than the customers. Having said that, the food I had was good and coffee not bad, and I suppose if you come here enough you get familiar with the layout and procedures. Relaxing social environment. I'll go again. The caprese grilled sandwich was extremely tasty and the coffee flight featured an ice coffee a hot coffee and a regular drip all with expressi. Then the tomato soup was pulpy meaning textured tasting homemade with basil. Enjoyed all of it and I will go again The staff was patient with me too as it was my first visit I always have questions and they were very helpful and polite even though I was holding the line up. A lovely place for a baked good, meal, coffee, or cocktail. Plenty of seating. Despite this place always being busy, I get so much work done and it’s not a distracting atmosphere. Staff are lovely. The atmosphere service was great, however, they were out of regular milk and skim milk. It was a busy Saturday afternoon. I understand that.
