I reached out for a room when my flight was delayed to the point I needed a place to stay for a few hours until the rental car place opened in the morning. They said they had availability and I could just come over. I was given my key which worked and went to try and open my door but the security latch was on from the inside of door. Being up for 24 hours I wasn’t thinking straight and thought it was just stuck and tried to undo it. Someone from inside the room slammed the door on my hand (not their fault, they thought someone was breaking in). Yup, they gave me a room at 3 in the morning that was already being occupied by another guest. I got a bruised hand, anxiety attack and zero remorse...
Park sleep fly was a joke. They will get you there for sure, they just won’t come get you on the way back from the airport. I called for a ride back to the airport and they barely answered till the last ring and was super salty about coming to get us. They said fine, sure, we will come get you. We waited for about an hour total, and tried calling them to see what was going on and they would not pick up the phone multiple times. They ignored us. We had to find a different shuttle bus from a different hotel to get dropped off near this hotel where our car was parked. Terrible customer service and a waste of time. I’ve been staying there in and out for a long time due to work/business, and today was weird. 2 mins after my late check out management had maintenance guised as Security knock at my door. The “maintenance man” said my check out is at 2p. I’m a loyal customer a gold member there. They could have just called my room, plus I was getting ready to leave the room anyway. When I asked the front desk about it after coming down, he stated, “ I called it rang once” okay so call again. I will take a break from staying there for a while because that was inconvenient and no apology was given.
Cleaner than Baymont. But! Had 2 spiders in the room. Hot tub was DISGUSTING. Had mold coming out of the jets that barely worked. Also, somehow a red bandage came out of the jets along with the mold. About puked! We were disgusted with that. On a positive note, customer service was great and love the restaurant and bar. Réservez une table maintenant
Very helpful staff. The free airport shuttle was great to have, be mindful of timing as they schedule it based on need. Room bathrooms could use a bit of maintenance as the shower handle was hard to use as it wasn’t on correctly. Very quiet atmosphere. Overall ideal for short stays.
This is based on the Delta debacle only. I'm so grateful I was able to be accommodated here after hours in Munich. Front desk was superb. Yes the rooms are a bit dated and I can't review anything else but dang, it was great to be in a comfy bed and get breakfast. Thanks!
I like the staff. Very polite and professional. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel needs maintenance. Lots of little things could be repaired easily. The collection of so many small repairs does give the room a bad impression even for the current price point .
