Food was wonderful, service and ambience good as well. The manager or Maitre'd at the front was fabulous, warm and friendly, the moment we walked in he made us feel welcome and at home. Try the lamb or to ribeye for two, there were 4 of us and we split both big plates. Dessert was wonderful too. Highly recommend, try and get an outside table, or the library room upstairs if you want a quiet spot. We will be back for sure.
I would definitely recommend Common Lot based on our previous experiences, however, we ordered the Ribeye Steak sharing platter this time and unfortunately, it was pretty tough. Not something you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The green beans that accompanied the dish were not cooked quite enough although I appreciate this is a matter of taste. The starters were very good though.
The food was very good. My wife and I shared the marketprice fish. was covered with a plethora of sauce. Literally it felt that I was eating sauce with my fish. We probable left over half the fish. The appetizers were excellent.
Overall a good place, but I would not recommend Lunch. They only offer Tapas which as mostly small plates. I think they could have offered better lunch items. The lunch items we did order were very good. Réservez une table maintenant
Common lot did not disappoint! This was my first time dining here and it was delicious. The unexpected combination of ingredients were delightful. I look forward to returning for dinner next time.
Great food and great service. It was a little noisy, but the atmosphere was great. It’s better than most of the restaurants in NYC, and the Asian fusion dishes are surprisingly amazing.
3rd time i've been here and i would definitely go back. Everyone was pleased with all the dishes we had and are keen to try others too. Nice/bright/spacious/modern space.

Careful attention to crucial details. How do they get ALL the bones out of a trout fillet? Amazing.
