Do not even think about asking for hot food within an hour and a half of closing time! You might be able to purchase a sandwich, but don't expect to see a smile or receive anything resembling service. This restaurant has the potential to be much better with the right staff in place. The current staff is completely different from the loading staff. It seems like a place that would be busy and have the staff bustling around, but it's clear that the employees are at fault. I am so frustrated with the lack of customer service that I won't even consider buying a drink here anymore. They need to address the issues at this place. We called in for a drink and sandwich, I had a jacket potato with Tuna Mayo which was very average, although the accompanying salad was good. My wife had a prawn baguette, she took a couple of bites and could not eat the rest as...she said it tasted horrible, the mayonnaise was very runny and didn't taste nice at all. I also had a Latte which was tasteless, I didn't think it was possible to mess up a cup of coffee. Service was very slow and the staff all gave the impression that they would rather be somewhere else, needless to say we won't be going back.
that was my first time in the range in stockton and what a place! They can definitely say his American chain, his like a whole other world of shopping consumers joy. I found what I was looking for after I tried 3 other places, and the personal was angularly helpful enough. only marked 4 stars, as it literally 1 employees for almost the entire loading area that is quite far.
I would have had a meal and drinks here today. The service was okay but a bit slow, and the prices may be a bit high. The seating area is okay, but the benches are a bit tight, especially for those who are larger. It wasn't very busy, and the menu choices were a bit limited.
