The sunday roast used to be fabulous until we recently ordered a take away lunch, the quality has gone down hill, hard roast potatoes, my husband requested a choice of meats but we had one measley bit of pork each!! A few years back there was turkey , pork, and gammon, the plate was full of mushy veg, disappointing for the money!!
Polystyrene takeaway trays It's 2022 and I find it so off putting that many companies care so little about the environment that they still use Polystyrene trays. Great food spoilt. I personally will NEVER be a returning customer of anywhere still using polystyrene. Which is a shame.
We love our sunday roasts at the compasses. This year we booked for Xmas day and they didnt disappoint. Lovely atmosphere, gorgeous food and friendly staff. Thankyou for a brill Xmas Dinner x Réservez une table maintenant

Good beer nice locals. Low sofas uncomfortable beer drinkers like a table chair and stool or stand up at the bar. Réservez une table maintenant
Staff were friendly and attentive without being a nuisance. Food was gorgeous and portions huge!!
