I came to this restaurant exclusively because of Top Chef Alumni Nina Compton. I 'm a somewhat fan of the show, and whenever I can, I like visiting the chefs ' restaurants. Most of my restaurant reviews are mostly driven by good (or poor customer service, combined with the food itself, of course. I have to say the full experience here was amazing. Everyone in the staff was pretty nice and cordial. I was welcomed warmly by the hostess, and she soon sat me at my table for the night. My visit was absolutely improved by server Katy. When you walk in to this restaurant, don’t be fooled by the awards and medals that you see hanging on the wall, because either James beard was paid off or clearly never ate at this place. I made a reservation to eat here for a family member’s birthday, and we had one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had while eating out in New Orleans. In fact, this place is a pretentious, over priced establishment that is a stain on the true traditions and spirit of Creole cooking and New Orleans Culture. We found the menu to be poorly constructed, with dishes that lacked cohesion and any semblance of a balanced meal. I had family and family friends visiting from out of town, and they wanted to go to a nice dinner on the last night they were here. This place did not disappoint. Loved the cocktails, and all the courses, including dessert. Nice ambience and friendly waiters as well. Will definitely go back!

We but I was so happy for this return. It was Veterans Day and through my whole United States Army career I was never a Veteran to myself only a rookie. I retired two days because few and I am a Veteran. I am so happy our greyest Chef and Restaurant has returned!! Réservez une table maintenant

What a wonderful meal. I really enjoyed the whole dinner including the drinks. My server was a bit grumpy but I suppose I can totally relate with all of the Coronavirus stuff going on. So, overall a wonderful meal!

The food was fantastic, as usual. Even though it was only curbside survive, you can tell it was prepared with the highest standards when we unpackaged it at home!

We come in from Longview, TX once a year. Last year we had dinner, it was outstanding. This year Sunday brunch, also outstanding. Next year we will do both.
