Con Huevos - Réservation de table

I placed an order online and showed up to the restaurant 30 minutes after it was ordered. I went in and asked for my order when the servers stated they’re finishing it up now. That wasn’t true at all. I waited 5 more minutes however there were cops outside of the restaurant already upset that we pulled up to park but told them we were just picking up so my boyfriend stayed in the car while I went inside for our food. I kept asking the servers for how much time because we weren’t trying to get a ticket and they would keep giving me the run around that they’re wrapping up your food now. I am very disappointed with Con Huevos. I usually enjoy my Chilaquiles, and they often get my order right. On my last two orders, we picked up our food to-go, and my husband picked up the orders. The first time no issues, but this second time beingthat he is African American, he was given a hard time picking up the order. At first, the person behind the counter said myorder was not there and that she could not give him my order, he said my name, and it was clearly on the bag. It took a minute,and the manager intervened. Finally, he arrived home, and my chilaquiles had no sauce, and the meat had a terrible taste andsmell. Service was amazing! We enjoyed the coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice, it was just a bit pricey. We received a small bowl of complimentary rice chicken soup while we waited for the food which was not a long wait. The chilaquiles were given the optionto be crunchy or soft and I've never gotten that option, I'm glad they were able to provide what I preferred. Great comfyestablishment.

Stumbled upon this place walking to the train for riot fest. Amazing pancakes with Mexican caramel and fried plantains! The waitresses were so friendly and we just soaked up how much fun they were having listening to music and laughing. We also got oneof the huevos rancheros dishes which was delicious. Imma just put it like this from my experience you'll make better chilequiles at home nd don't bother getting anything but that from the menu lol it aint worth your time or money. ???? had high hopes for this place nd it let me down big time
