I had no problem. My boyfriend, however, had to wait 25 minutes for his food, even though he ordered five minutes before us. They also told him his food had been forgotten. On top of that, they brought the wrong order. Instead of Sprite, I got water. Instead of a Hamburger Royal, I got cheese and a Big Mac. On top of that, nobody here really spoke German, so we had to speak English. I ate until I was full and had a great time. But my boyfriend is going to hit me if I don't write this review. Help.
These fast-food restaurants all seem to be getting worse and worse. Every single one, regardless of the chain, is filthy. You wouldn't even want to touch the door handle. I open the restroom door with my elbow. I only go there to wash my hands. For hygiene reasons, I prefer to dry them on my pants rather than under the air vent. And the food? Even worse... They treat us like little pigs, why should they bother feeding us decent food?
After my visit, I developed health problems that seemed like food poisoning. Since I hadn't eaten anything else that day, I suspect it might be related to the food I ate there. Unfortunately, my experience was very negative, which is why I cannot personally recommend this location. I hope the team checks the quality and hygiene to prevent this from happening again.
The employees don't know how to operate the counters and send you out without food. You have to wait at least 5 minutes in the drive-thru before you can even order because the employees aren't at their workstations. Plus, they're incredibly rude!! WHERE IS MY FOOD!?

It's McDonald's, after all. Like at many McDonald's, it seems the staff is overwhelmed during peak mealtimes… The only thing fast about this food is that you're almost hungry again… (it's a well-known fact). And it hasn't tasted good for a long time now… Oh well…
I treated myself to a small breakfast here on Saturday morning while passing through. I've rarely experienced such friendly and attentive service. The food was good too, and the atmosphere is okay. It's just a McDonald's near the motorway in Gütersloh.
The food is typical for McDonald's. The restaurant itself is acceptably clean and the service is fast. However, the location and access could be better.
Cleaner than other McDonald's I've been to, and the food was OK; there are my favorites that I only order, and they've always been to my liking.
