very bad customer service. I've been here since I was a little girl with my opa. I love the culture atmosphere. but with this team at spencer under the leadership of isela they are very unprofessional and unprofessional. they lead to return by the claim of the word manager and reading the fine print on the menu, in comparison to the support of their customer base. they would think that a manager who leads a food business would lead to an example through the customer experience and would encourage them to make any experience to return for business. I would highly recommend the health department to check this place and please be careful with the dish food as they have given food with rocks in...
So...bar gets a little tight at this location but they do serve the same stuff at the tables too!! The Michelada mix is great and not to spicy for u that don't like spicy stuff but u must try that drink with your beer of choice. The food is great I had 6pc grilled shrimp skewer which area nice size and accompanied by shrp fried rice and broccoli (Excelent choice) the market selection fish is a little pricey but really good no mater how you cook it cause it is fresh. I will be back with more details but I gave it a 4 for now cause the bar got so busy I had to wait too long to order more drink?
I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. It stands out from the others I have visited with its welcoming family atmosphere. Our waitress was extremely pleasant and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, and the micheladas were a standout. Additionally, the restaurant was cleaner than other locations of the same chain. The overall ambiance was more relaxing and peaceful, making it a great choice for a more enjoyable meal compared to other hectic spots. I definitely recommend this lovely establishment.
The restaurant offers affordable prices and a tidy atmosphere. The food is satisfactory and you receive generous portions. This establishment is possibly the most pristine in the vicinity. The staff is attentive and welcoming. While speaking Spanish is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The employees will communicate in English upon request, and the menu is available in English as well. The main drawback is the limited parking space, which is shared with other businesses.
The food was delicious and reasonably priced, but the music was so loud that I could still hear it in my car when I parked. It made it hard to hear the person sitting across from me at the table. I asked if they could turn it down, and they did for a short time before turning it back up. If you enjoy that type of environment, you'll probably like this place.
Wow. The oysters at Connie's Special were absolutely delicious. We also ordered two filled crabs, shrimp fried rice, and fries. The flavors were incredible, especially when paired with two excellent micheladas. I couldn't get enough of the oysters. It was the perfect way to end my night. I would give this restaurant 5 stars, but I wish I could give it 6.
