"I stopped by Convention Grill for a delicious burger, fries, and a full blueberry shake. It was a bit pricier, but totally worth it. The atmosphere is fantastic. If you park in the lot, don't forget to inform them so they can register your license plate in their iPad at the counter—this means you won't have to pay for parking. I've been visiting Convention Grill for 40 years, and it truly deserves to be recognized as a historic landmark. If you're in the mood for a delicious, generously-sized juicy burger, you won't be disappointed! For those who aren't fans of burgers, they offer chicken, egg salad, large salads, and surprisingly fresh soups as well. The French fries deserve a special mention—they're outstanding! Cut fresh daily, they come in a massive basket that can feed 4-6 people, making it perfect for the whole family (with leftovers to spare). The malts are simple yet perfect, made with hand-scooped vanilla; they are a good size for sharing and come in a variety of traditional flavors or customizable option...

I've had Convention Grill on my list of places to try for quite some time. The atmosphere is charming and nostalgic, but unfortunately, the food didn't meet my expectations. My grilled cheese was rubbery and not enjoyable. The burger was just an average diner burger without much flavor. The fries were decent but all very small for the price of the large basket. On a positive note, our server was friendly, and the manager seemed to have everything under control. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but I can't say I'll be returning when I'm in the area again.
