I visited two cookouts in a 2day time in two states. The customer service needs a revamp in Orangeburg, SC and Stone Mountain, GA! Left off my items on my sandwhich... Caught an attitude because I couldn't hear the young ladies clearly due to muffled voices and masks. I had hoped to redeem myself with the second visit and ignore some of the posts that I saw via Facebook about the service. I took the time to apologize to the young lady that I was making her day bad by being a little slow because this was my first visit. The drive thru staff is very rude!!! Took the order then told me to hold on while she read back my order but never did walked away from the window for at least 5 minutes. So I pulled up to the window and when she finally walked over, she tried tochastise me about not following her order. How long am I supposed to sit in a drive thru line??,? I sat and waited my turn toorder then had to wait at the window after ordering for nothing. All in all it's supposed to be fast food. Cheap food cheapprices great but my time is not cheap. Needless to say 2nd time trying them out and both times were horrible.
Idk what is wrong with the folks in drive thru but I just experienced the worse customer service. If I say ?one moment? that means I don?t need to be hounded and asked every 10 seconds if I need help or am I ready. I was completely rushed and ordered something I thought I wanted but didn?t really care for! Tons of onions on my sandwich. I didn?t receive any napkins or a greeting at the window. What is wrong with people and their horrible attitudes!!?? I was the only one in line at 3 in the afternoon so there was no need for the rush. I could have went to Wendy?s for a better burger.
The place is often a joke around midnight when it comes to wait times and staff attitude. Each time I visit, I seem to wait about 20 minutes, with cars backed up all the way to the main road. The way they interact with customers at the menu can be quite ridiculous. It’s funny most of the time, but eventually, it won’t be amusing anymore. They must realize how chaotic this place can be. The only positive is that the food is usually decent, so I initially rated it 3 stars. However, I’m updating my review to 4 stars since they’ve started moving a bit faster and being nicer lately. I visited this location and encountered a long line, but that wasn't the issue. The real problem was the customer service. The general manager was disrespectful and rude. When I asked a question, she responded with the worst attitude, saying, "You need to go back and look at the menu." I felt very disturbed by her response and have no desire to return to this location. I believe she should be let go. Everyone else was great, but she did not handle the situation appropriately. Her customer service skills are lacking, and she negatively impacts the organization as a whole.
I've always received excellent service at this restaurant, but my recent experience was disappointing. One of the women, particularly the one with bright orange hair near the front of her head, was quite unpleasant. She definitely needs to improve her customer service skills. There were two women working that night, and both were very rude. Additionally, the bread was soggy because there was too much juice in the slaw. Normally, the food is much better than what I experienced that evening. I've never encountered rude employees at this location before.
I went to this place. It was a long line, that wasn't the problem. It was the customer service that was the problem. The General Manager was disrespectful and rude. She made a comment with the worst attitude? You have to go back and watch the menu? when I asked a question. I feel so disturbed and I never want to visit this place again. She has to be fired. All the others were great that she didn't treat the situation well. Your customer service capabilities are based on standards. She's bringing down the organization.
Had great pulled pork tray was tender and juicy. TRAY comes with 2 sides for like 7 bucks. Get good amt of food. All the menu is reasonably priced. The burgers were just right. The shakes were on point the red cherry shake was it. The heath toffee one was great too. The WHITE CHEDDAR BITES ARE BOMB!!! Almost drove back thru the line to get more. The have so much business they run out of food. Going to eat here over and over and over. Yummo! Delish! Oh yeah...walking tacos are a yes! Réservez une table maintenant
