The drive-thru speaker at this restaurant is extremely loud, high-pitched, and unpleasant. I had to repeat my order multiple times and it still came out wrong. The equipment desperately needs an upgrade. The employees I saw were wearing their masks incorrectly, with them hanging on their chins. They also did not practice proper sanitation, touching their face and hair while wearing gloves. The staff should verify orders and repeat them back to customers to prevent mistakes. Today, on January 5th at 12:40pm, I went to The Cookout in Spring Lake for my 30-minute lunch break. I ordered the 1/4 Burger tray with a chicken wrap. The restaurant was not busy, with only one other car in the parking lot, so there was no rush. However, when I returned to my office on base and opened my tray, I was disappointed. The chicken wrap appeared to be half of a chicken tender with a sliver of lettuce. The 1/4 burger was even worse - the bun was soggy, the tomato was old and mushy, and there was very little burger meat on it. Seriously the *worst* experience at a Cook Out. I enjoy Cook Out, and typically never have issues. We waited over THIRTY MINUTES (this is why you choose the outside lane, kids) from the time we ordered until the time we paid and got food. Food was hot-ish? The worst part wasn?t the waiting, it was the employee asking ?how are you doing?? As if we had not waited over 30 minutes for our food. Definitely not going back to this location.

Trashy staff and constantly for items you don't get literally just order a steak style large double-burger with jalapeños. I didn't get any jalapeños or a 1 sose on my burger, I only have salat and tomaten wobbles. I tried to call manager as soon as I noticed when I came home at 1 o'clock, no one would answer the phone and constantly hang on me when I called. I would not support this Réservez une table maintenant

Every time I get here, they'll screw up. Double-burger always single. The Cheddar bites are either burned or they give you now only 4 or 5 though prices are rising. Maybe you'll put people to listen. I pay almost $9 for a single burger meal. No point in repeating your order, it will still be wrong. Check before u leave is my best advice. I make a complaint

First time here and had a horrible experience. Won?t be going back to this location. I came home and opened my tray? where is the rest of my cheese bites? Little amount of cheese on actual fries. Just horrible.

The cashier was unable to give me change, but I was able to receive four out of the five items I ordered. The $1.99 deal is not worth it as they are extremely slow.

Doesn't know the difference between her burgers. I ordered Cheddar style. But Coleslaw has no cheese. Réservez une table maintenant
