Cook Out - Réserver une table

I am a regular to the Mooresville NC location, weekly to be exact.I had a poor experience on 4-8-24 at 154pm to be specific. I sat in lane two at the drive thru for over 10 min while the person inside continued to operate lane 1. Not to mention when I pulled up they stated,” we will be with you in a moment.” All while proceeding to take customers in lane 1.I pulled to the window where I was told by a middle aged male that they could not take my order at the window I would have to get back in line.Then proceeded to tell me that I was holding him up from taking care of yet another customer in lane 1…So, why wasn’t my order important? Why does it matter when I had already been waiting over 10 m...

Ordered two Big Double Cheese ONLY got one….ordered one Large Tea and got a JUMBO…..ordered one Large Diet and got a Large…..lets plz make up our mind……not to mention that I had to ask for the Diet because it wasn’t poured……ended up leaving and got my second cheeseburger from Burger King……C’mon man……I know your busy but please listen to the guests order or at least repeat it back to the guest…..the last few times I’ve gone to this location they have ALWAYS messed up one or more items…..no one cares anymore just cook it yourself at home and at least u know you will get what u ask for…….

Parking: This is mainly a drive through location, there isa walk up order window. No indoor seating.Kid-friendliness: Foods kids love.ice cream and shakes also.
