We came out for tea on 26/09/16 and really enjoyed our meal, food excellent, friendly staff lovely relaxing atmosphere. We have wanted to come since the opening in the summer we were so glad we did! I ordered the farmers lamb pie it was delicious. Although the pie menu was stated for Tuesday nights the manager was kind enough to say I can have whatever I like! Lovely homecooked food you can guarantee going here that you will get a fab meal which is just what you want. Best place to eat in Woore. We look forward to returning soon! Thank you.
Went in for a drink and a meal, place was virtually empty and the few locals that were in there stared at us the entire time, we were then told that they were full and had to leave. Not the first time either, two mates have also tried to visit for a drink in the past and were totally ignored by the staff and as a result had to leave. Obviously have to be part of the thin local bloodline to receive any kind of welcome here.
The service at this restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed a delicious pizza and chips, with the pizza being the standout dish. The cask beers were well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed a couple of pints. I highly recommend this place.
We went last night Saturday .The staff a young lady and gentleman were excellent.the manager should be very proud of his staff. The food was excellent and we will be returning with our friends x
