Cooper's Hawk Winery Oak Lawn

my date called tar 5:30 to ask if a reservation was required and was said no, so they arrived at 7 o'clock and joined the waiting list. I arrived shortly after about 7:15. it was super crowded, but we decided to wait because it was my first time. after an hour waiting time I heard the manager say they prioritize, so I went to opentable and created a reservation for 8:15 seeing what would happen. I checked at 8:05 and at my time sat, the drunk garnel was probably the best I ate. the caesar salat was dry and had not enough dressing on it the waiter ignored our request for additional dressing. the last thing that really sent me over the edge was at 9:30 o'clock my date got a text that said our table was ready. there is no reason that someone has to wait without reservation 2 and half an hour to take place. that was a terrible experience that it was my first time to try. the woman at the weincheck was super nice and helpful

Too noisy! Wine tasting host was amazing but the guests there were extremely loud. There should be a time limit! Same people were there before and after we left, I don’t get it.

As always I enjoyed my time at Cooper’s Hawk. The food was good and the service was good as well.
