Coop's Pizza is a nicely spacious restaurant with a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. The staff were attentive and engaging throughout our visit. While I wanted to rate it five stars, the food didn’t quite live up to the lively setting. I paid $30.45 for a 16-inch pizza that was unfortunately soggy and overly runny. My wife’s Italian beef was decent but nothing special, and my son didn’t finish his burger, commenting that the chips were the best part of his meal. Perhaps the kitchen was overwhelmed during our visit. I plan to give it another chance in the future, hoping for an improved dining experience.
Please be aware that they close at 7 p.m. We had ample time to savor our meal, and the pizzas were absolutely delicious. I'm currently visiting family in Hayward, and I think this might be one of the best pizza spots in town. The pizzas were flavorful, and the inclusion of a salad and soup bar added to the overall experience. It's wonderful to have a place where we can slice our pizzas to share. I also enjoyed a beer served in a chilled glass, which made it particularly refreshing.
New owners and they are very pleasant! The pizza buffet was fantastic, and although I focused primarily on the pizza today, the salad bar and soup were great too. They no longer sell beef, and the prices on the online menu haven't been updated to match their printed materials yet. No worries though—it's definitely worth the wait. The place was packed, and the cooks and servers were working incredibly hard to keep everything running smoothly. Highly recommended!

I dined at this restaurant in February 2022 with my family and we were seated in a booth. The ambiance is lovely, reminiscent of a cozy log cabin, and there's even a fish tank that adds to the charm. We ordered a pizza, which was tasty, though just a bit overcooked. The staff were friendly, and our food arrived in a timely manner. Overall, we had a delightful experience and I would certainly go back again.
The food at Coop's Pizza is fantastic, but be prepared to wait for your meal. It’s not the best choice if you’re with someone who needs to eat right away, like a pregnant wife, but if you have time to spare, the wait is worth it. The pizza is especially delicious, and the salad and soup bars are excellent as well. Next time, knowing how long the wait will be, I’ll gladly come back.
My favorite place to eat! I'm heading out to Coop's. It's the perfect spot to take the family after church, between hockey games, or for a quick lunch during the day. The food is top-notch; I've been enjoying Coop's since I was a kid. Even when I moved away, every time I came back, we always went to Coop's for pizza. You have to try it!
The pizza was nothing special. We ordered two medium pizzas and one small, and the total was $61.45! We questioned the cost, suspecting that we might have been overcharged, but they informed us that "these are homemade pizzas."

This is a fantastic place for pizza! Our server, Lora, was very friendly and even brought a bowl of water for our puppy. We will definitely come back the next time we're in Hayward.
They have great pizza! We usually get the take and bake which is a nice option when you're running errands in town and not ready to eat yet.
