Tant de bruit pour rien... Eh bien, que cela soit ainsi, mais une illusion est plus amère... Je peux comprendre l'esprit radical chic et bohème, mais j'ai une totale incompétence pour l'association vin-alimentation, associée à un service qui ne vaut même pas celui d'une cantine populaire... Nous n'avons vraiment pas ce qu'il faut. C'est incroyablement décevant. J'ai beaucoup entendu parler de cet endroit mais je n'ai jamais été aussi déçu. Je peux comprendre l'esprit radical chic et bohème, mais une incompétence totale a conduit à un mauvais accord vin-alimentation combiné à un service qui n'est même pas à la hauteur de celui d'une cantine populaire... nous n'avons tout simplement pas ce qu'...
We have dined three times in this restaurant and we will return with great pleasure. The unique and “surprise” “blind” menu concept is daring! (the chef adapted our menu taking into account our food allergies) It’s a real culinary experience that offers quality products and mastery of flavors. We opted for the 5-step service: appetizer, starter, fish dish, meat dish, pre-dessert and dessert (55€ person), which is very good value for money. The servers are pleasant and smiling. Very good address if you like to be surprised! Dietary restrictions: The chefs develop and update their menu taking into account the dietary restrictions indicated when taking the order.
Concept that I didn't know, a single menu that you don't know. I went there 4 times. Staff, cuisine, wines: everything is perfect for me. The only downside, hence my only 3 stars, is the cheese plate. The first time the cheeses announced were there. The second time, no. The cheeses were good. That's not why they got 3 stars, but both times, one side of the cheese was dry. Not a big deal actually because it happens at home but I find it very inappropriate for a restaurant that does such good food. It's still a stain. In short, I'll go back but won't have any more cheese.
Coming for a birthday we were not disappointed with the quality of the products. The menus are well developed, the dishes refined, with good advice on the wine part. The only downside is that the service is a little long. It was a great discovery. Coming as a couple, the tasting begins gently and freshly, each bite is a delight, the starter and appetizer are killer, the fish is delicious (um the favouille soup) the meat incredibly cooked! Petite déception en arrivant et en découvrant que contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site, il n'y a pas de menus déjeuner.
