the first time to eat here. it's amazing! I had a carnita burrito with rice and jalapeno poppers as a supplement. it came out hot and the meal was beautifully plated! the burrito was a gourmet wrap full of aromen and what looked like a simple white rice was an amazing garlic rice. the Jalapeno-Poppers were crispy and the oil they were fried in taste fresh. I love eating Mexicans and that's probably the best I ever had. I want to try everything on the menu now.

I love Mexican food and this is probably THE best I've ever had. I want to try everything on the menu now.
a good group of people at copal on 8/17.20. somehow, our server rudy managed to keep all tickets straight and was in the position that drinks, eating and ice water flow smoothly and always with a smile. the food was delicious, the cucumber jalapeño margaritas were awesome, and I will gladly recommend copal to my friends whether there will be two or 20!
Love Copal! The food is high quality/delicious. They have a wide variety on the menu to suit everyones tastes, and the service is always top notch.
