This cozy tasting room features both high and low tables, as well as a circular bench seating arrangement, all set in an industrial-chic atmosphere. The glass walls behind the bar provide a view of the distillery, adding to the experience. The drink menu is extensive, offering a variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, along with a small selection of food. Orders and payments can be conveniently made directly from your table using your phone and preferred payment app, although you can also approach the bar with any questions. They have happy hour specials, so it's worth checking their website for updates. There was ample parking available.
Relaxed cocktail lounge with great service. There is a fair amount of parking, but be aware that not all spaces are designated for the distillery. Across the parking lot you can find Dampfwerk Distillery as well. Our server was energetic and happy to help us figure out what the perfect drink would be. They have a LARGE drink menu and it was easy to find something to enjoy. There is not very much seating so I wouldn't recommend this location for larger groups. In addition to the drinks, we also ordered a Heggies pizza from the bar. The only downside was that it was a bit warm in the distillery.
DELICIOUS COCKTAILS!! I went here with a friend and we both loved it here. Super creative drinks, many options and very friendly and welcoming bar staff. Enough free parking outside and enjoys away, but it is worth venting! The room felt kind of small inside, although it was not crowded at all when we visited what was a bit close to the closing time. Hopefully they are able to finally expand the room because it would be so cool to host more types of events there if you could hold more people.
Go big or go home! The unique cocktails here often go unnoticed due to their lack of attention, but they are truly adventurous with their flavors and don’t hold back. It’s reminiscent of the time when Hip Hop started embracing Mega Bass—it was something new at first, but now it’s almost standard. Copper Engraving may be one of the pioneers with their impressive cocktail lineup. Regina will take great care of you. Enjoy!

Excellent spirits, unique craft cocktails, and super friendly staff. They have a seasonal rotating menu so be aware that something they have today might not be available the next time you go. We wanted to buy a couple bottles to bring home, but it was after 10 and they have to follow MN laws in regards to Off Sale. Guess that just means we'll have to go back :
The atmosphere was cool and cozy, perfect for a date night. The restaurant isn't very large, with around 25 seats max. The bartender was lovely and quite busy—there were only two bartenders working on a Saturday night, and they also served as busboys. I’d definitely return, but I’d choose a less busy time to avoid long waits between drinks.
Off the beaten path, you will find a cozy, welcoming space with knowledgeable staff and a large menu of delicious cocktails. EVERYTHING is made in house. Schedule a tour, grab a drink after work, or just swing in to pick up a bottle of that strawberry gin. You'll be glad you did.
Copper wing has a whole ton of ingredients all over their bar and they make awesome drinks. Their bartenders have a true passion for high quality drinks.
